Where and when can I pick up my order?

Your salmon will be available for pick up in mid October in Woodinville, Mukilteo or Chelan, WA.

What if I cannot pick up my order on the scheduled pick up days?

If you are not available to pick up your salmon on one of the scheduled pick up days please contact us to schedule an alternative time.

How long does frozen salmon last in the freezer?

Salmon products that are vacuum sealed are in an air free environment, thus they are protected from dehydration or freezer burn. If the package keeps its integrity, the quality should remain the same as the day salmon was packaged. As lifelong salmon connoisseurs, we have found that one year is a good shelf life for fresh salmon that has been flash frozen and vacuum sealed.

How much room will 10 pounds of salmon take up in my freezer?

10 pounds will take up approximately half a square foot of freezer space. Because of the compact nature of salmon meat, it is very easy to store.

Will you have salmon for purchase throughout the winter?
